- Clean Range and Hood Vents

- Test sump pump before spring thaw
March
- Schedule lawn mower tune up or check in with lawn service
- Change Air Filters
- Clean and seal tile grout

- Service and Tune Up Lawn Equipment
- Schedule AC Service
- Inspect Roof and Gutters for Winter Damage
- Schedule House/Decks Painting or Touch Ups
